How you receive your order and what to do if something is not right.
Choose Pickup at checkout and collect your order from Shop 271, opposite Plus Supermarket, Najma Souq Al Haraj, Doha. Pickup is free. We will confirm on WhatsApp when the order is ready.
Choose Delivery at checkout and select your area. The delivery charge for your area is shown before you place the order and is added to the total. Orders above the free delivery amount shown at checkout are delivered free.
We confirm every order on WhatsApp or by phone and agree a delivery time with you.
Payment is in cash on delivery, or in cash when you collect from the shop.
Check your order when you receive it. If an item is wrong, damaged or not working, contact us on WhatsApp at +974 7004 5452 with your order number and a photo, and we will arrange an exchange or the correct part.
Unused items in their original packing can be exchanged. Please contact us before bringing an item back. Electrical parts that have been installed, refrigerant gas, and copper or insulation cut to length cannot be returned.
